We’re reducing the ingredients thrown away from our kitchen on a daily basis by introducing a strictly no waste policy.
One of the hottest topics around at the moment is food waste and it’s fast becoming an important issue for those of you wishing to be more environmentally savvy, and to do something to help.
So, here at Venga this year we’re doing our bit too and our new menu focuses on fresh produce, as always, but also shows a respect for the ingredients through our ‘no waste from the kitchen’ initiative, which means we use every part of each product and reduce the waste from our premises significantly.
The menu has an emphasis on fresh and healthy exciting dishes such as cauliflower couscous with almonds, pine nuts and pomegranate and squid ink paella.
